Mindful Gift Ideas & Experiences for the Spiritual & Zen
Over the last few months, I have become more mindful of myself and my surroundings. This year, I thought that it would be nice to compile a Christmas Gift Guide for the spiritual and those of you that enjoy the “zen” things in life! I have been super lucky to have tried most of the products and experiences mentioned below, therefore they’re very honest suggestions. Yoghanda ~ Aromatherapy and Oil Blends
I have so much to say about Yoghanda aromatherapy blends! Over the last few months, I have been using their zesty Grapefruit and uplifting Bergamot roll-on Salute which gives you a real energy boost in the morning, particularly after broken sleep. I have found that this rollerball is great for focus - something that I’ve really needed since working from home during lockdown! I guess it’s all in the science but the Salute invigorates your brain to keep working when you are tired. I also adore the Relax Body Oil which I use as part of my night time wind-down routine. I normally use this oil during yoga and meditation as it deepens relaxation and prepares your mind and body for a deep, restful sleep. The smell of this oil is beautiful, with a blend of lavender vetiver it’s very earthy, but quite sweet too! One of the main things that I love about these products, are that they aren’t sticky which is the absolute dream!

Oh, my, goodness. This jewellery is out of this world, and quite literally so because Cody’s jewellery is inspired by the night sky, moons, and stars. Inner Compass ~ Energy Healing Sessions
If you’ve followed my journey on Instagram then you’ll know that I absolutely adore Kitty and the work that she does. I could honestly talk about my experience and the transition that I’ve been through for hours. I’ve now had two energy healing session (Reiki) and I can honestly say that they’ve changed my life for the better. Resonant Being ~ Sound Healing, & Retreats
Ali is another wonderful lady offering mesmerizing experiences. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. I took part in my first sound healing experience via one of Ali’s online live streams and it was completely magical. I became so deep in the mediative state that all sorts came to the surface.
